Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) seeks a Management Trainee – Non Exempt-DIV in Bozeman. The program runs 2–3 years with rotations across warehouse, sales, accounting, purchasing, project management and business development.

On-the-job and online training are provided; relocation is expected as needed. Reporting to the Training Manager, the role prepares you to run a multi-million-dollar location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or related experience considered.
• Must be 18+ with a valid US driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes in various locations as part of the program.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
