Job summary

CED is seeking self-motivated, sales-minded individuals to join its Management Training Program in Georgia. Trainees rotate through warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, receivable, and more, building a comprehensive understanding of the business.

The program lasts 2–3 years with on-the-job training and online components, aiming to prepare you to run a multi-million-dollar location upon completion. Prior industry experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or related work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Geographically flexible during training.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete 2-3 years of on-the-job training with rotations.
• Learn warehouse, counter sales, AP/AR, purchasing, and project management.
• Aim to run a multi-million-dollar location after training.
