Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) offers a Management Trainee program designed for sales-minded individuals aiming for leadership roles in a fast-paced electrical distribution environment. Trainees gain hands-on experience through rotations in warehouse, sales, accounts, purchasing, and project management while attending focused training sessions.

On-the-job training lasts 2–3 years with online coursework; relocation is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience considered in lieu of degree
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program
