Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Baxter, MN. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, develop skills in sales, customer service, and operations, and prepare to lead a future Enterprise branch.

The program includes mentoring, hands-on learning, and opportunities to advance within a culture of internal promotion. A Bachelor’s degree and customer-facing experience are valued, with a starting salary around

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Enterprise Mobility's Management Training program to learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operational excellence.
• Learn to run a branch and cultivate new business while developing teams.
