Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Mankato, MN. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and work toward running your own location with a focus on customer service, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or related roles.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Begins learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle operations behind the scenes.
• Develop knowledge to eventually run your own branch, grow the business, and lead a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community outreach to build relationships and successful career progression.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations while putting customers first.
