Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) is seeking a Management Trainee – Non Exempt-DIV in the Vancouver area. The Management Training program runs for 2-3 years with rotations across warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, project management and more.

It prepares trainees to run a multi-million-dollar location upon completion. The program combines on-the-job training with online coursework in electrical products, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience preferred.
• Driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes in various locations.
• Communicate – both written and spoken – in English.
