Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors is seeking candidates for a Management Trainee – Non Exempt-DIV program in the Columbia area. The program provides on-the-job training for 2-3 years, with rotations through warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, and more.

No prior industry experience is required, and trainees will receive both on-the-job and online instruction focused on electrical systems, sales, and management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience accepted.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship required).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and after the program.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
