Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Tri-Cities market, including Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Greeneville, TRI area, and nearby communities. Placement may occur at various locations based on business needs.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch, and you will become the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations in last 3 years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• As a Management Trainee, learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners and support operations.
• Learn to run a future branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to succeed and build relationships in the community.
