Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Greater Knoxville market, including opportunities throughout Knoxville and surrounding communities. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch and develop skills in sales, customer service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate
• At least 6 months experience in Sales, Customer service, or Leadership
• Valid driver's license with clean record (no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in last 3 years)
• No drug/alcohol-related conviction on driving record in past 5 years
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one as a Management Trainee at a neighborhood branch
• Develop skills in sales, customer service, finance and operations while mentoring and being mentored
