Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate
• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Leadership experience from military, college, or athletics can substitute for sales or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• As a Management Trainee, start learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operations expert
• Graduate into running a branch, cultivating new business and developing a team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community engagement to build your own business
