Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Greater Knoxville area, including Knoxville, Farragut, Maryville and surrounding communities. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through sales, customer service and operations, learning how to run a branch and develop a career path with internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales, Customer service, Leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
