Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites you to join its Management Training Program in the Chattanooga area. You’ll learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

Successful trainees progress toward running a local branch, building new business, and leading a team, with mentoring and clear internal promotion paths across Chattanooga and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate.
• Must have at least 6 months experience in one of the following categories: Sales, Customer service, Leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle day-to-day operations.
• Graduate the program to run your own local branch, build new business and develop your team.
• Participate in community outreach to establish relationships that fuel growth.
