Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in Lewiston, ID. As a Management Trainee (MT), you’ll begin learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the customer-facing representative and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

The program offers structured mentorship and a path to branch leadership. You will be trained in sales, service, and operations, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months cumulative experience in the last 5 years in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work at Lewiston, ID or Pullman, WA locations.

Responsabilités

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful and will build community relationships.
