Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Idaho Falls is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As an MT, you’ll learn the business from day one, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

You’ll receive mentoring, hands-on training across sales, customer service, and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and building a team. Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization required.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside in Idaho Falls or within 30 days of the start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, as well as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• In the structured Management Training program, you will learn to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• You will receive mentoring and support, and you will build relationships in the community to grow your own business.
