Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Boise. You’ll begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as both the customer-facing representative and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

Through the structured program, you’ll master essential skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and lead a team, all while placing customers first in a culture of growth and promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Boise or surrounding areas within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• You’ll serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle behind-the-scenes operations.
• In the structured program you’ll learn to run your own branch, grow new business and lead a team.
• You’ll learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations and put customers first.
