Job summary

Enterprise is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Valparaiso, Indiana. You’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners as the face of Enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
At least 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Develop leadership and branch-management skills to eventually run a location.
Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
