Enterprise Mobility in Marion, Indiana is hiring for an immediate Management Training program. As a MT, you will begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and supporting operations.

You will receive mentoring and hands-on learning to develop the skills needed to run a branch, grow business, and lead a team. This program offers clear advancement and a strong internal promotion culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current college student within 1 semester of graduation.
• Experience in two or more areas: sales, customer service, management, leadership or athletics involvement.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform the duties of a manager in training across sales, operations, and customer service.
• Serve as face of the company to customers and partners while developing branch leadership skills.
• Gain mentoring, guidance, and hands-on experience to eventually run your own branch.
