Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Management Trainee in the Truckee/Tahoe market to begin a structured program focused on customer service, sales, and operations. You will learn how to support branches, build customer relationships, and develop leadership skills from day one.

With training, mentoring, and a clear path toward advancement, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, service, and finance while contributing to a culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CA Driver's license required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support branch operations.
• In the structured program, develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch.
• Receive guidance and mentorship while building relationships in the community.
