Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in California. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one, serving customers and partners while preparing to run your own branch.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
CA driver's license is required.
Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
Build relationships in the community to grow the business.
