Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. Based at Vallejo, CA and Napa, CA locations, the program trains you in sales, customer service, and operations, preparing you to run a branch and develop your career within the Enterprise family.

As an MT, you will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, receive mentoring, and gain hands-on experience across finance, marketing, and operations, with a clear path toward promotion and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid unrestricted drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage day-to-day operations.
• Learn our business from day one and work at one of our neighborhood branches.
• Develop skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and grow your team.
• Receive mentoring and support in a hands-on learning environment.
