Enterprise Mobilityis a leading provider of mobility solutions. We’re hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Roseville market, with opportunities across nearby branches.

As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You’ll receive mentoring and hands‑on experience in sales, customer service, and operations, with the goal of eventually running your own branch and building a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CA driver's license required.
• Minimum six months in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Not interviewed with Enterprise for the MT position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop skills to eventually run a branch and lead a team.
