Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in New Albany/Clarksville, IN. As a Management Trainee you’ll rotate through customer service, sales, marketing, and operations, learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.

You will be mentored by leaders, develop leadership skills, and work toward running your own branch. The program emphasizes promotion from within and offers a structured path with training, mentoring, and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or within 1 semester of graduating.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch as a Management Trainee.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while handling behind-the-scenes operations.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations supporting branch success.
