Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Moon Township, PA. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

You will develop skills in customer service, sales, finance, and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to branch leadership. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch.
• We'll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
