Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Kendallville, Indiana. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one, based at a neighborhood branch, and you’ll be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or current college student within 1 semester of graduation.
• At least 6 months experience in two or more of: sales, customer service, management, athletics/leadership.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
