Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Indianapolis, IN. As an MT, you’ll rotate through sales, customer service, operations and business development, gaining hands-on experience while mentored by leaders.

The program offers training, mentorship, and promotion from within, with a clear path to branch management and a broad skill set in customer service, sales, finance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be a current college student with no more than 1 semester to graduation.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential; Customer service in a service industry; Management experience leading a team; Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team; Leadership role on campus or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Eventually run your own branch and cultivate new business while developing your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
