Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program across the Western Kentucky market, including Paducah and nearby communities. You’ll learn the business from day one, serving customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in sales, service, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or near graduation.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of the company to customers and partners and support operations.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to run your own branch in the future.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, or within 1 semester of graduating
