Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Grass Valley, CA. You’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and aim to eventually run your own location, while developing teams and driving growth.

You will gain mentoring, hands-on experience in sales, customer service, marketing and operations, and a pathway to promotion within a promoting culture. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CA driver’s license required.
• Minimum six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Work within a structured program to master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and community engagement opportunities to build relationships essential to growth.
