Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in El Centro, California. As a Management Trainee, you'll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

The program offers training, mentoring, and a clear path to managing your own location, with exposure to sales, operations, finance, and marketing, plus a culture focused on promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of cumulated experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality, or leadership in military, athletics, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• As a MT, start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In our structured program, master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and get out into the community to establish essential relationships.
