Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Albuquerque, NM. You’ll start in a neighborhood branch, learning the business from day one and serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

Participants receive mentoring, training, and a path to manage a future branch, with growth opportunities, promotion from within, and a supportive, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must live in Albuquerque, NM area or be willing to relocate within 30 days.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• MT will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Program trains you to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
