Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Coon Rapids, MN. You’ll start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and supporting operations as you prepare to run your own location.

We provide training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within. Comp: first year around $54,329.24 with a 46-hour week, plus PTO, health/dental/vision, life, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Customer Service, or Leadership activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Management Training Program to learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while supporting branch operations.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations for future management roles.
• Contribute to a culture of customer-first service and professional growth.
