Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Elk River, MN and Monticello, MN. This MT role offers hands-on learning, mentoring, and a clear path to running a branch, with training across sales, marketing, finance and operations.

You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, learn day-to-day operations, and develop leadership skills to grow the business and your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year in sales or customer service or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record as described.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while handling behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on learning to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business and customer base.
