At Start Club, we partner with charitable and nonprofit organizations to help increase awareness, build community support, and connect meaningful causes with potential donors throughout the Culver City, CA area.

We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity where you’ll represent nonprofit and charitable campaigns inside established retail locations, engage directly with the public, and develop hands-on experience in fundraising, community outreach, campaign management, and leadership.

No previous management experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing development for individuals interested in growing into additional leadership responsibilities.

Why This Role Matters

As a Management Trainee, you’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of our charitable campaigns and community outreach efforts. You’ll speak face-to-face with customers inside retail locations, educate the public about the organizations and causes we represent, answer questions, and help generate awareness and donor support.

As you develop, you’ll have opportunities to expand your skills in team training, campaign coordination, leadership, and performance management while working alongside experienced team members and management.

• Interest in nonprofit work, community outreach, fundraising, management, or leadership
• Reliable and able to work an in-person schedule in the Culver City area
