Job summary

MHC is seeking motivated individuals to join its Management Trainee Program, a seven-month rotational track across parts, service, leasing, and management. You’ll work with seasoned teams, participate in innovative projects, and gain broad exposure to the company’s operations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, demonstrate leadership and strong customer service, and are willing to relocate as needed.
