Job summary

MHC, a family-owned network of full-service diesel truck dealerships and related services, invites applications for a Management Trainee Program. The 7-month rotational program exposes you to Parts, Service, Leasing, and Management, with guided experiences across our operations and a path toward leadership.

You will train with seasoned teams, gain exposure to diverse business functions, and receive extensive leadership coaching designed to accelerate your development within our growing company.

Qualifications
