Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) is launching a Management Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders. The 7-month rotational program immerses you in multiple business areas, including Parts, Service and Leasing, while mentoring you toward management roles.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle real projects, and receive extensive executive coaching to accelerate your career in transportation and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Agriculture or related field.
• Leadership and sales skills preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Must be willing to relocate at time of permanent placement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 7-month rotational Management Trainee Program across Parts, Service, Leasing, Management and more.
• Work alongside seasoned team members on innovative projects.
