Rank 1 Marketing is an advertising and marketing firm based in Wichita, and we have recently expanded into Casa Grande and are looking to fill positions in our management training program. We provide full, paid training for marketing management to the right candidates.

Under moderate supervision, the entry-level market manager acts as a liaison between our clients and our customers. The management team is responsible for all aspects of new customer acquisition through outside sales and marketing in major retail locations.

This position is entry-level sales with an opportunity to work up to management through the company.

This employee will also be trained in operations management, human resources, and other aspects of our business model within 4–9 months, in preparation for our national expansion. Top performers are trained into management.

Essential Functions

• Manage new account satisfaction and knowledge of the client’s product.
• In-person sales to new customers.
• Act as mentor/coach/supervisor to subordinates within Rank 1.
• Consult with customers to complete needs assessment.
• Train customers on use and feature functionality of the client’s product.
• Communicate customer needs/expectations to appropriate personnel within Rank 1.
• Notify supervisor/management team of any application issues.
• Interact with the Rank 1 Management team on various issues.
• Analyze market to determine approach to new customers.

• Develop professional expertise; work with coaches to further develop management.
• General knowledge of supervising employees.
