Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Yuma, AZ. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers while developing the skills to run your own branch and grow a team.

The program includes training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within, with a focus on customer service, sales, finance, and operations across branches. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of cumulated experience in the last 5 years in Sales (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar) or hospitality or leadership in military, athletics/team activities or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentorship in a hands-on learning environment.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
