Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training program in Casa Grande, AZ. As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn the business from day one, serving as both the face of Enterprise to customers and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

The program offers mentorship, a clear career path, and opportunities to advance within Enterprise Mobility, with a target first-year compensation of $53,000–$55,000 and a typical 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in Sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality, or leadership in military, athletics, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Gain knowledge to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
