Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert. The structured program will teach you to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build relationships vital for your success. Training will include customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture promotes friendly competition to foster growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no recent drug or alcohol convictions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
