  • Engage in thorough client interviews to assess needs and explain insurance policy options.
  • Conduct field underwriting with integrity.
  • Complete and submit all required medical and relevant forms.
  • Arrange payment methods with clients.
  • Follow up on clients' filed claims and support them throughout the process.
  • Process insurance policy requests.
  • Maintain scheduled follow-ups with clients for ongoing support.
  • Support team members in achieving KPIs.
  • Pursue mastery in senior insurance solutions to become a subject matter expert.
  • Follow guidelines, training, and support to recruit and train insurance professionals.
  • Create a competitive, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.
