Job Description

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to their first day of employment, candidates must:

  • Have an active driver's license.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Obtain a DOT medical certification.
  • Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Preferred
  • Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
  • A business or related academic major.
  • Leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.

Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.

Compensation

The estimated base salary is $64,000 per year, dependent on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
