Join to apply for the Management Trainee role at Southeastern Freight Lines.

As a Management Trainee, you will participate in our Operations Management Trainee Program, an intensive 16-week training designed to prepare you for a leadership role in operations. Under mentorship, you'll learn transportation principles, cross-dock operations, leadership communication, and relationship building. Upon completing the program, relocation to another facility for your first leadership role will be required.

Responsibilities include guided and independent study, interfacing with Support and Service Center associates, observing customer sales calls, and occasionally accompanying drivers on local routes to understand freight delivery.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or at least two years of related experience. Valid driving history, flexibility to relocate, strong communication skills, professional appearance, basic computer skills, and a strong work ethic are essential. Average Starting Pay: $50,000-$60,000.

Work Shift: Third Shift.
