Responsibilities

We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one, based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. You will master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential for your business growth.

We’ll teach you to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture of friendly competition fosters growth — for both our business and your career.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 6 months of experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, military, athletics, or community organizations.
  • Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week.
  • Interest in working in a sales environment.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • No DWI/DUI or drug/alcohol-related offense in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
