Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the West Denver market, including Golden, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Evergreen and surrounding Jefferson County areas. Trainees will rotate through customer-facing roles and operations, with a path to run a branch.

You will receive mentoring, training, and hands-on experience in sales, marketing, finance and operations, in a culture focused on internal promotion and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start as a Management Trainee and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operations expertise.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while building teams.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
