Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program, based in Arlington, VA or Falls Church, VA. The program offers training, mentoring, and promotion-from-within opportunities, with a target first-year compensation of $60,194 and an average 45-hour work week.

Responsibilities include representing Enterprise to customers and partners, plus learning operations to eventually run a branch, develop teams, and cultivate new business within a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service in a sales industry, participation as an athlete at a professional/collegiate level, or leadership role in military/clubs/organizations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Commute from location preferred (under 25 minutes in rush hour).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Understand and execute the structured Management Training program to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and community outreach opportunities to build relationships for your own business.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must have a minimum of 1 (one) year of experience (within the last 6 years) in one of the following areas:
  • Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
  • Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail restaurant, hospitality, call center)
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
