Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Sandy, UT. As a MT, you'll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.

You'll gain hands-on experience in service, sales, finance and operations, with mentoring and a path to running your own branch, building new business, and leading a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and community exposure to build your own business and career.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, always putting customers first.
