Job summary

Cintas offers an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You will rotate through departments to gain hands-on leadership experience and learn outside sales, production/warehouse management, and office management.

You will work with experienced managers to prepare for advancement opportunities within the company, including leadership seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within six months or currently pursuing degree.
• Must have an active driver’s license.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in‑depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.

Required Qualifications

DOT Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
