Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Management Trainee to start a structured, rotation-based program across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will learn leadership skills by working with experienced managers and preparing for career growth within the company.

The program includes hands-on experiences, development opportunities, and exposure to executive leadership seminars and divisional summits to accelerate your trajectory.

Qualifications

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Have an active driver's license.
  • Preferred: co-op or internship in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative roles.
  • Preferred: business or related major; leadership/management on campus or activities.
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at program end.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
  • Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
