Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee, you'll learn our business from day one, serving as both the face of Enterprise and an operational expert. The program is structured to prepare you to run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team. You'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will engage with the community to build relationships.

Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture promotes friendly competition, critical for growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership (military, college, or athletics participation considered).
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions (DUI/DWI within 5 years).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
