Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as a behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Engage in hands‑on learning, receive guidance, mentoring and support.
• Get out into the community to build essential relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum six months' experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership (examples include athletics, organizations/clubs, volunteerism or similar).
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
• None of the last five years has a drug or alcohol related conviction on your driving record (i.e. DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 18 years of age.
